Flammable Items: ​ Please note we are unable to send fragrances and other alcohol-based products via Express Post due to their highly flammable nature & Australian postal regulations. Parcels containing flammable items can only be transported by road, which may affect delivery time. If you are purchasing multiple products and would like to have flammable and non-flammable items delivered separately, please place separate orders. Order Tracking: ​ You will receive an email notification when your Online order is dispatched to let you know that your items are on their way. You can then check the progress of your parcel through the Australia Post tracking site. Most orders arrive on time, however occasionally the tracking may show as being “delivered” when you haven’t received your order yet. We suggest you contact Australia Post to ask for additional information about your package’s location. Make sure you have your tracking number available. You can find Australia Post contact information about delayed items here . Delivery Requirements: ​ We recommend you have your parcel delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it. A business address can be great for this reason, however if you are having your parcel sent to work, please include your company’s name (and the department or level where you work) to avoid having your parcel sit in the mail sorting room longer than it needs to. Erroneously communicated delivery address: ​ The customer is exclusively liable for erroneously communicated delivery addresses. Customers are advised to check their delivery address details upon receipt of the order confirmation email and communicate any amendments to delivery address as soon as possible to James Dean Pharmacy at graystshop@jamesdeanpharmacy.com Please note that once your order is posted, it becomes your responsibility to contact Australia Post to organise redirection to your correct address. Authority to leave ​ During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to decide whether you give Australia Post permission to leave your parcel in a safe place on your premises (Safe Drop), or sign for your parcel and if no one is present to sign you will be required to collect it from the post office. If you wish to give Authority to Leave ('ATL') permission you will need to write a comment in the notes box. By commiting to 'ATL', your parcel will be left at the driver's discretion on your premises without a signature. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen as a result of selecting the Authority to Leave option. Australia Post drivers will only leave your parcel in a location they deem safe, and if no such place is available your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. ​ In the event you are not available to sign for it, your parcel will be taken to the post office and a card will be left advising when/how to collect it. For more information, please read how it works on the Australia Post website. Please note that by opting in for Australia Post Safe Drop you are agreeing to Australia Post’s Safe Drop Terms & Conditions. ​ In-Store Pickup ​ James Dean Pharmacy offers free in-store pickup for local customers from our pharmacy in Hamilton, Victoria.     ReTURN POLICY James Dean Pharmacy strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. In the unfortunate event you wish to return a product, the following terms and conditions apply. ​ Eligibility ​ If you find any part of your order is incorrect or faulty, it can be returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Where possible, we will endeavour to replace the item, otherwise you will receive a refund on your purchase. If you change your mind about a purchased item, it can be returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch for an exchange only. We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. ​ ​ Please note that James Dean Pharmacy takes the greatest care in sending you quaity products and packaging them carefully, however we can not ensure these items get to you the same condition they leave our store. We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused by a courier or postal service after the items have left our store. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is for another reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return and exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, or your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exchanges ​ If your return is approved for exchange, you can choose to exchange your item for goods, services or for a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, your exchanged item or a gift certificate will be mailed to you within ten days. Refunds ​ If your return is approved for a refund, you can choose to receive this either as a gift credit, or as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed or a gift certificate will be mailed to you within ten days. Please note that in order to process your refund we may need to contact you for your credit card details as our secure website does not retain your card information after your transaction is complete. Late or missing refunds ​ If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at graystshop@jamesdeanpharmacy.com Allergies ​ In the unfortunate event of an allergy to one of our products, please email us at graystshop@jamesdeanpharmacy.com . We may be able to offer you an exchange or refund, provided that less than 20% of the product has been used. In this case, we may pass on your details to the product manufacturer to allow them to monitor any quality or safety issues. Gifts ​ If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Expired or Unwanted Medication Disposal ​ The best way to dispose expired or unwanted medication is to return it to our pharmacies. ​ By returning out-of-date and unwanted medicines to us, we can make your home a safer place. ​ AT HOME Go to your home medicine area. Check expiry dates on all your medicines and separate all expired medicines into a container for return. Check that you actually need all the medicines - separate those medicines no longer needed into the container for return. Take the container to James Dean Pharmacy for disposal. FOR CARERS Go to the patient's medicines area. Check expiry dates on all the medicines and separate all expired medicines into a container for return. Check that the patient actually needs all the medicines. If there is any doubt ensure all medications are checked by a pharmacist or medical practitioner.
