NDSS stands for National Diabetes Services Scheme.
Our Pharmacies Accreditation as NDSS Access Points means that our Pharmacists can support you in the management of diabetes, providing professional advice and nutritional guidance.
NDSS education services are available from Diabetes Australia and Diabetes WA.

As of 1st July 2016:

NDSS products and supplies such as needles, syringes, blood glucose testing strips and insulin pump consumables are available at NDSS community pharmacies
-
People with type 2 diabetes not using insulin are entitled to a subsidised six month supply of NDSS blood glucose strips. After the six months, further strips will only be issued if permitted by a Doctor or authorised health professional. If you are a person with type 2 diabetes not using insulin and already registered with the NDSS, the strip restriction will apply six months from the date of your first test strip purchase after 1 July 2016.
